Thank you for choosing Mandy's Upstyles To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the policies outlined below.
1. Booking & Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied to your final balance on the day of your appointment.
• Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or rescheduling, unless stated otherwise in these terms.
2. Cancellations
• If you cancel your booking deposits are non refundable, if you need to reschedule deposits are non transferable.
3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows
• Please arrive on time. A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. If you arrive after this time, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
• Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will lose their deposit and may be required to pay in full for future bookings.
4. Refund Policy
• Deposits are strictly non-refundable, as they secure your appointment and prevent other clients from booking that time slot.
• If I am able to fill your original booking slot with another client, I may, at my discretion, offer a refund of your deposit.
• No refunds will be issued for completed services. If you have any concerns about your service, please contact me within 7 days so I can address them accordingly.
5. Communication & Contact
• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they receive and respond to booking confirmation emails. If you do not receive an email, please check your junk/spam folder or reach out via social media or phone.
• I am not responsible for missed appointments due to a lack of communication.
6. Gift Vouchers & Goodwill Credits
• Gift vouchers and goodwill credits (e.g., for rescheduled deposits) are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months of issue.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another client without prior approval.
7. Health & Safety
• If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements, please inform me at the time of booking.
• If you arrive with a condition that prevents me from carrying out the service safely (e.g., infections, contraindications), I reserve the right to refuse service, and your deposit will not be refunded.
8. Agreement
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure fairness for both clients and my business.
